Fast from sunrise until sundown daily, eat one meal per day.

No meat. No sweets.

This is a time for our faith to be increased.

Abstain from anything you do in excess as well as abstaining from things that eat up your time. Social media, Netflix, etc. In replace of those things that consume you time, devote time in prayer, meditation, praise/worship, and studying God's word. Increase participation in church activities and services such as Sunday Morning Worship Services, Tuesday Night Bible Studies on Zoom.
